4 week course with Jill Shaw-Feather

This 4 week Meditation course will teach the Basics of Meditation for you to begin (or continue) your own practice.
Sharing different techniques for you each week, Jill Shaw-Feather will be your guide and teacher through this course.

Exploring & learning different styles of Meditation and finding techniques that work for you. Through this course you will experience the wonderful benefits of having a daily meditation practice..
