I have been a member of Junction Yoga since August 2020. I have found that attending Junction Yoga 1-3 times a week has really helped me:
– improve my health, strength, balance and flexibility;
– improve my range of movement, relieving my back and joint pain;
– let go of stress, relax and sleep better.

I have enjoyed the physical and mental health benefits of being part of the Junction Yoga supportive community. The classes are very inclusive and customised to meet the needs of all people attending, taking into consideration different ages, abilities and health issues. The Teachers are amazing, caring and every class is different.

Attending yoga is now an integral part of my health and wellbeing routine.

I would highly recommend Junction Yoga to all.
